I wouldn't recommend this hotel for several reasons. Firstly, they don’t have a bell boy, which means you have to carry your luggage yourself. This is particularly inconvenient when your room is on the second level, as was the case during my stay, when I had to haul my 20kg suitcase up the stairs.Although the staff assisted me, they claimed that they had already informed me about the absence of a bell boy prior to my booking, which was not true. Additionally, the iron provided in the room was in terrible condition and barely functional.As for the cleaning service, I requested that my room be cleaned, but it was not done. Even after I made a second request, the only thing they did was replenish the supplies. The bathroom was also a disappointment, as it looked nothing like the pictures and had an unpleasant odor. Throughout our stay, the shower water temperature was cold by and despite our repeated requests for a fix, the issue persisted. Even on the day when we hoped to enjoy a hot shower, the water was still uncomfortably cold.The last day of our stay. an hour before the standard 12 PM checkout time, we received a call from the front desk asking us to leave the room early. The reason given was that they needed to inspect the room. I emphasized that it was not our responsibility to accommodate their cleaning schedule and offered to check out at the designated time, after which they could take all the time they needed to check the room.In summary, inadequate amenities and substandard customer service.
